When writing a successful business plan the economic and industry environment must be included. My wife and I have run our own business for years. And we had a business plan but what we didn’t plan for in it was the economic turn our country has undergone. So we went back to our business plan, made edits, and added how to earn profits under such circumstances. Once we put it in writing, then the profits started flowing again. So we are proof that including the economic and industry environments into our business plan guided our way to success! Dee and Brian are right on the money!
