The freelancer who accepts your job is awarded the job and after both the sides agrees, the range of work and payment option is set based on per sq ft, per job, yourlance per week and per hr basis. An escrow fund is set up for the project by clicking on the conduct safe transfer button that will get you a page wherein you can select the name of the project for the job awarded and click on transfer, this puts your money in escrow and is visible to the freelancer.

To answer your questions:
I have been writing my weekly gardening column for about twelve years and for various newspapers. I used to do a gardening show from KSCO in Santa Cruz, and have done other ration broadcasts as well. My television broadcasts have been rather limited.
I write best about gardening, horticulture and arboriculture. (I am a horticulturist and arborist.) I also like to write about canning and drying of fruit and produce and ‘classic technology’.
My areas of expertise would be the same as those listed above.
Most of my writing experience has been with my weekly gardening column in the Silicon Valley Community Newspapers, which now includes the Milpitas Post group.
I will send a sample of my writing and resume on Monday.
Finally, I have minimal but notable experience with the web, radio and television, which is mentioned in my resume.

I don’t have experience writing for the web, but I have worked as a journalist in a couple of magazines and a newspaper. I am a fiction writer too and occasionally a translator. My first language is spanish, english is my second and italian and portuguese would be my third one(s).
