JOB OFFER – Freelance Web Designer

Looking for a freelance interactive designer for versiontracker. Must have solid experience designing for CSS-based, high-traffic B-to-C websites, and a passion for usability.

We’re looking for someone who can integrate new features and page elements within an existing design framework. Work is ongoing and freelance. Looking for someone who can handle 3-4 BIG projects a year and dozens of smaller ones. You’d work with a product manager and production engineer. Product manager handles design requirements (basic wireframes, interaction, page elements, etc.). Production engineer handles XHTML, CSS, Javascript, etc. You’d provide the concepts, design direction, and design elements.

We’re based in Portland, OR; but that doesn’t mean you have to be. If you have the right experience and can handle freelance work mostly over email/IM, location isn’t an issue for us.
