Business Wire Houston is seeking an enthusiastic team player to proof, code and process press releases for electronic distribution to the media and financial community. Candidates must have first-class organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail, in addition to stellar customer service abilities. A good phone presentation is essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Must be tech-savvy and proficient in MS Word. Typing speed 55 wpm. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Those intimidated by multitasking need not apply.
There is no writing involved in the position.
Hours: M-F: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CT
Some flexibility with hours is required.
Initial training will be scheduled for M-F: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and will last for approximately 8 weeks.
