An online community and resource site for freelancers & work-at-home folks

Here’s a freelance job offer for the freelance who’s into hip hop.

Upstart Hip Hop site needs freelance Hip Hop Journalists who have an intimate relationship with Hip Hop culture.

Our site, DefCulture, was established to document, protect and preserve the integrity of Hip Hop Culture. Our core mission is to ensure that all of the contributions that the culture of Hip Hop has made to society, & the world at large, are properly recorded for historical accuracy. Therefore our writers must have an intimate knowledge of Hip Hop in all its variations.
By creating a Hip Hop resource site, like DefCulture, we seek to provide a medium that anyone interested in information related to the true history of the culture can use to find consistent, relevant and accurate information and other resources.

Unfortunately, this is not a paid position, as we are a fairly new company, but if you’re a writer who wants to be a part of documenting the history of the culture that made you who you are, join our team.

All interested writers should contact our Editor-N-Chief Arasia, and send 2 samples of your work (published or unpublished) for review.

Send all samples and correspondence to: Arasia@defculture.org
